Bousei no Volicia Dai Ni Shou: Gunjou

The second installment in the Volicia film series follows Akio at the last human stronghold, the Heavenly Crest (Astronomy) Club, where she discovers the world's fate. Two pilots are required to confront the last two Usurpers threatening the weakened Fire of Life. During the conflict with the second adversary, under the influence of a "curse of happy times," Akio faces a choice between preserving the pleasant present or sacrificing her soul for a better future.
