Only Oubu and Entei remain on Earth with beating hearts among the Buranki. Reoko has defeated the headless Buranki, known as the deraciné, and taken its heart. One individual deems this unacceptable and dispatches multiple Bubuki users to Japan to retrieve the stolen organ. Concurrently, Azuma and his companions travel aboard the Buranki transport train. Their journey is interrupted when a man holding a guitar appears before them, compelling Hiiragi to apply the brakes abruptly. The identity of this mysterious guitarist remains unknown as the group confronts this sudden obstruction.
