Buta no Liver wa Kanetsu Shiro

An unattractive otaku wakes up as a pig after fainting from eating raw pig liver. In this new form, he meets Jess, a girl with the ability to read minds, who accepts him even though he has crude thoughts. However, she intends to eat him. When Jess faces a dangerous fate, the pig must use his intelligence, cleverness, and strong sense of smell to rescue her.
