Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou

A man who loves reading is reincarnated as a dog and ends up in the care of a woman who is both his favorite author and someone who enjoys using scissors and bothering her pet. He struggles to cope with her behavior, which includes frequent outbursts and dangerous play with sharp objects. The situation becomes increasingly difficult as he tries to avoid her and find a way to live with her while maintaining his identity as a dog.
