Ep. 4: Takuru infiltrates AH Tokyo General Hospital to find the sumo sticker creator after Kurusu is stabbed.

Following the stabbing of Kurusu, Takuru enters AH Tokyo General Hospital with the intention of locating the individual responsible for creating the sumo stickers. Upon arrival, he is joined by Onoe and Itou, and the trio is compelled to conceal themselves in the basement to evade detection. While hiding in the autopsy room within the basement, they discover a hidden passage that provides access to an underground laboratory. This facility was previously used for conducting disturbing experiments. As they explore this hidden area, Takuru experiences a sense of familiarity, believing that he has visited this location in the past.
