Honoka reads a book provided by the Principal and successfully cures Mao-chan's fever by permitting him to release his magic. During this process, Honoka and Shin reconcile their differences. Shortly after, Honoka's aunt, Rikako, returns home. She is surprised to see Mao-chan upon her arrival.
