She later explains to Kaito that Nagisa requested the spending cuts, pressuring him to agree provided the students are not fired. Consequently, the team is relocated to a dilapidated garage, which angers the group. Nagisa subsequently discusses his secret plans with Angelina and realizes that the reported 70% budget slash by Director Kiryu was fabricated.
