CONCEPTION

Itsuki Yuuge, a high school student, discovers on graduation day that his cousin and childhood friend Mahiru is pregnant. Shortly after, they are transported to Granvania, a realm under attack by monsters. The only way to combat these creatures is through the power of "star children," who can only be born from the 12 "shrine maidens of the constellations." To defeat the invaders and return home, Itsuki must father children with each of the maidens.
