EP 1Yuuri is flushed into a toilet and transported to a medieval fantasy world.
Apr 3, 2004Yuuri Shibuya, a Japanese high school student with a strong sense of justice, intervenes when his former classmate Murata is bullied. The bullies dunk his head in a toilet, sucking him into another world. Waking in an unfamiliar area, Yuuri mistakes the medieval attire of locals for a theme park. Villagers attack him until Adalbert von Grantz rescues him and uses magic to unlock the local language within Yuuri's soul. Conrad Weller arrives, fights Adalbert, and drives him away. Conrad takes Yuuri to a small village where Gunter von Christ informs him that he is the new king of the Demon Kingdom. They proceed to the castle, introducing Yuuri to Wolfram von Bielefelt and Gwendal von Voltaire, Conrad's two half-brothers who look nothing alike.
EP 2Wolfram insults Yuuri's mother, leading to a duel over engagement that ends with Yuuri revealing magic.
Apr 10, 2004At a dinner hosted by the former Queen, Wolfram insults Yuuri's mother, prompting Yuuri to slap him. This gesture is interpreted as a marriage proposal by the Demon Kingdom nobles. Wolfram challenges Yuuri to a duel to contest the engagement, which Yuuri accepts by picking up a knife. Yuuri chooses sumo wrestling as the method of combat and wins. Dissatisfied, Wolfram demands a sword fight, which Yuuri also wins. Enraged, Wolfram attacks with magic. Despite others believing Yuuri lacks magical ability, he transforms and summons two water dragons to restrain Wolfram. Witnessing this power, Wolfram accepts his defeat and acknowledges Yuuri as the rightful king.
EP 3Yuuri Shibuya declares himself Demon King after a magical mishap leads to a coronation.
Apr 17, 2004After using magic for the first time, Yuuri learns from Wolfram that Conrad and Gwendal are defending a human refugee village under attack. Yuuri persuades Wolfram to accompany him to assist. During their journey, they encounter Adalbert, who reveals that humans are attacking the town, creating a conflict between humans. Adalbert urges Yuuri to abandon the demons and join him, but Yuuri resolves to support the demons instead. Upon returning to the capital, Yuuri decides to become the Demon King and participates in a coronation ceremony. The ritual requires him to place his hand in a waterfall, but doing so causes him to be transported back to Earth.
EP 4Yuuri forms a baseball team while facing a looming human war in another world
Apr 24, 2004Yuuri wakes up in the girls' bathroom where he previously vanished with Ken Murata, accompanied by a police officer. He chooses to pursue baseball by establishing his own team. During a match, his mother Miko reflects on past events. Following the game, Yuuri is transported back to the other world, where he learns that humans are threatening to initiate a conflict. Gunter and Gwendal propose that Yuuri should locate the demon sword Morgif. They believe acquiring this weapon will provide sufficient power to deter the humans from pursuing war.
EP 5Yuuri and companions sail to Van da Via island seeking the demon sword Morgif.
May 1, 2004Yuuri, Conrad, and Wolfram travel to Van da Via island to find the demon sword Morgif. On board, they meet apprentice Rick, merchant Heathcrife, and his daughter Beatrice. Pirates attack the vessel, and although Conrad hides the group, Yuuri’s cat noise reveals their location. He attempts to reason with the attackers but uses magic to create a bone monster after seeing Beatrice dragged away. The pirates are defeated, but the trio is imprisoned. Jozak frees them, allowing Yuuri, Conrad, and Wolfram to escape in a boat.
