Ep. 2: Prankster ghost Fuurouta joins Superhuman Bureau to fight Black Fog

Fuurouta, a prank-loving ghost with transformation abilities, turned into a bird at a Ginza department store and released a unique insect. This event coincided with the Black Fog spreading to Nagatacho and engulfing the National Diet Building area. Jirou and Kikko, who were handling the crisis, met Fuurouta at the police station. They subsequently took him to the Superhuman Bureau. Intrigued by the bureau's operations, Fuurouta attempts to confront the Black Fog in order to secure a position within the organization.
