Souta, Hayate, Shun, Souma, Takayuki, and Motoharu arrive at the ocean. Shun is eager to swim, while Motoharu and Souta prefer drinking on the beach. Takayuki volunteers to guard their belongings, allowing him quiet time. Unlike previous years when he realizes summer ends too late, he is currently enjoying the season. During this break, he speaks with Souma about a CD cover design project Souma is working on. The group engages in individual activities as they spend their time by the sea.
