Students travel to a summer school island for a three-day visit. Upon arrival, the principal leads the boys for a swim and proposes a contest to see who can remain in the water the longest. Most participants quit and exit early, but Shin-chan and the principal stay behind. Consequently, both individuals fall ill after the event concludes.
