Misae and Hiroshi consume fish eggs stored in the refrigerator, initially enjoying the flavor before suffering from vomiting and diarrhea. They call an ambulance, which Shin-chan follows to the hospital. Although he becomes frightened during the night, his mood improves upon reuniting with his parents. The following morning, a nurse presents Misae and Hiroshi with another batch of fish eggs as a gift.
