Misae attempts to give Shin-chan a haircut by playing barbershop, but accidentally shaves a patch of his head bald. To hide the mistake, she draws a black spot on his scalp with a marker. Meanwhile, Shin-chan and Nene visit Kazama, who is home sick with a cold. Shin-chan’s presence irritates Kazama, causing him to run around and lower his body temperature, which ultimately makes him feel better. Later, the Nohara family attends a housewarming party at Hiroshi’s boss’s new villa. Shin-chan cannot resist causing trouble, leading him to disrupt the event significantly.
