Honey wages a relentless campaign against Panther Claw, but the death of Natsuko causes her to withdraw from friends, fulfilling Sister Jill’s plans. Jill, disguised as Genet, watches as Honey’s resolve weakens. Honey encounters Good Tarantula, who seeks to help, and Dragon Panther, who protects Tarantula. Tarantula reveals her sympathy for Natsuko, ending the conflict, and Honey invites Tarantula and the Hayamis to stay. Later, Tarantula shatters Honey’s emotional defenses by transforming into Natsuko. Believing she has overcome her barriers, Honey seeks assistance from Genet, unaware that she is strengthening her nemesis’s position.
