The chef devil doll that possessed Mi in episode 12 returns to cause trouble, plunging the world into darkness. It kidnaps Nana and temporarily possesses Matatabi and the One-Eyed People. Kuro, Dr Go, and Kotaro team up to chase the evil creature. During their pursuit, they find various gadgets and weapons. This episode adapts the Gameboy Color game Cyborg Kuro-chan Devil Fukkatsu. The narrative focuses on the team's efforts to stop the returning threat and rescue the kidnapped individuals while gathering necessary equipment for their journey against the devil doll.
