Princess Mimi reduces Nana to a small size and instructs Kuro to accompany her on a shopping trip. The outing proceeds smoothly until Kuro engages in combat with Matatabi. Their intense battle causes significant destruction to the surrounding town. This specific episode was exclusively broadcast within Japan and did not air elsewhere. Although new episodes were scheduled to continue airing until March 2001, concluding at a total of 78 episodes, production halted unexpectedly. Both Public & Basic, the production managers, and Studio Bogey, the animation studio, declared bankruptcy in early 2001. This financial collapse left 12 episodes unfinished. While the exact stage of production prior to the shutdown remains unknown, artwork for episodes 67 through 70 appeared in magazines published by Kodansha.
