Nanaka finds herself in a difficult situation after refusing the advances of a male classmate at school. When an attempt is made to blackmail the pair regarding Koko, Yoshiyuki steps in to defend her, despite her lingering doubts about his sincerity. Confused by her own emotions toward Yoshiyuki, Nanaka becomes trapped on the school roof during a sudden storm. Fortunately, Yoshiyuki returns to retrieve his notebook and discovers her locked out, allowing him to rescue her from the harsh weather conditions.
