Ep. 24: The group faces Killer Droid and fuses their LBXs into Sigma Orbis to win the battle.

With LBX armies approaching, the team asks Otacross to find a control computer but fails because a control LBX leads the enemy. Upgrading their machines, the kids retrieve spares from the lab. Killer Droid arrives, destroying controlled units and cutting power. Professor Yamano shifts focus to upgrading Elysion, Perseus, and Minerva using thirty minutes of emergency power. Droid defeats the spares until the trio arrives. He traps Ban, Hiro, Ran, and Yamano in a K Dome. Hiro’s Strike Mode fails, so Yamano suggests Dock Mode. The three LBXs fuse into Sigma Orbis, with Ban controlling movement, Ran handling defense, and Hiro attacking. Unable to hit Sigma Orbis, Droid is defeated by Hiro’s ε Drive Sword finisher. Yamano remains in Europe while the kids return to NICS headquarters with upgraded LBXs. Otacross reveals Droid is not a Detector weapon but the creation of a new threat.
