Ep. 8: Origami travels back in time to kill Phantom but discovers she caused her parents' death.

Origami uses Kurumi’s untested Twelfth Bullet, Yud Bet, to travel to the past and stop her parents' death. She confronts Phantom, only to realize her own attack killed them, meaning the source of her revenge was herself. This revelation drives her into despair and causes her to fall into her Inverse form, Devil. As an emotionless entity, she attacks the hospital where Shido and the other Spirits are recovering. Despite support from the Spirits and Fraxinus, Shido cannot reach her with his voice. Kurumi then intervenes, sending Shido five years into the past in an attempt to alter history and save Origami from her tragic fate.
