Ep. 9: Shido and Kurumi travel back five years to Tengu City to alter the past.

Guided by Kurumi, Shido uses Natsumi’s magic to disguise himself as his ten-year-old self. He witnesses the incident where Origami’s parents died due to an attack by her future self. Shido comforts young Origami, who vows revenge, confirming that their actions shaped her future hostility. Determined to change history, Kurumi facilitates a meeting between her past and present selves. They agree on a plan to intervene. Shido then encounters Phantom, who transforms into a pink-haired girl. When the fatal accident is about to recur, Shido pushes Origami’s parents aside, taking the blow himself. He subsequently wakes up in his bedroom, having altered the timeline.
