Joker arrives in Japan to steal secret weapons from the Eagle Talon Society as part of his plan to create chaos. The Justice League pursues him, but Batman behaves strangely. Eagle Talon must investigate what is wrong with him, requiring a look into Bruce Wayne’s traumatic past—the murder of his parents. At the same time, the society must manage its production budget, much of which is spent on licensing fees for DC characters. They must stop Joker before their budget runs out and they are forced to use simpler, stick-figure representations.
