Ep. 3: Garurumon Evolves to Defeat Seadramon After Tai Accidentally Provokes the Beast

The group departs the beach and encounters a territorial dispute between two Monochromon, escaping safely to find a trolleycar near a lake at dusk. They catch fish for dinner and agree to take turns keeping watch overnight, but Tai and Matt argue over who takes the first shift. During his watch, Tai accidentally wakes a Seadramon by dropping a burning stick on its tail. The creature drags the trolleycar to the center of the lake and attacks Matt while he attempts to rescue his brother and friends. Gabumon immediately evolves into Garurumon, defeating the monster. Gomamon's fish then return the island to land, allowing the group to fall asleep.
