Seeking greater independence from his family, Nobita asks Doraemon for assistance. Doraemon provides a special door that, when positioned against a wall, generates a livable room behind it. Nobita attempts to use this new space to establish his own independence. However, through this experience, he realizes that he is not yet prepared to leave his home environment. The story focuses on his internal conflict regarding self-reliance and his current readiness to separate from his family life.
