Doraemon provides Nobita with a special bow and arrow that allows targets to move, making it simple to hit them from various locations. However, Gian and Suneo steal the arrow from both Doraemon and Nobita. While attempting to use the stolen item, a dog interferes by moving the destination target to a canal. Consequently, Gian and Suneo fall into the water when they try to shoot at the relocated target, resulting in an unexpected mishap for the two bullies.
