Ep. 74: Goku Resists Spike's Attacks as a Mysterious Fifth Fighter Emerges

Master Roshi explains Spike’s background before the battle begins. Spike attacks Goku with a Devilmite beam, but Goku resists both the initial and stronger versions completely. Spike then swings a trident at Goku. A mysterious man wearing a cat mask and a halo watches closely. Goku nearly falls into the Devil's Toilet but climbs to the other side of the bridge, surprising Spike. Goku defeats Spike with a powerful kick. The final fighter asks Baba to move the match outside. Roshi senses familiarity regarding the fifth fighter. The fight begins.
