Ep. 28: Goku Returns to Earth as Baby's Parasitic Infection Spreads Globally

Goku, Trunks, and Pan arrive at Dende's lookout, handing over the Dragon Balls while Dende remains under Baby's control. They choose not to wish Goku back to his adult form, preferring he remain a child rather than collect the balls again. Upon reaching home, Goku and Pan encounter strange behavior from Chi-Chi and Videl. Gohan and Goten suddenly attack, knocking Pan unconscious. Goku easily repels them until Vegeta arrives. Hercule explains that Baby has laid eggs inside everyone on Earth, transforming them into Tuffles. Although Baby attempted to infect Majin Buu, Buu expelled the egg. Consequently, Buu and Hercule are the only two who escaped Baby's rampage due to Buu's protective abilities.
