Ep. 1: Goku navigates traffic hazards while traveling to West City for Bulma's birthday celebration.

On Bulma's birthday, Goku travels to West City, using the Afterimage Technique to defeat a Tiger Thief blocking a log bridge. Meanwhile, Master Roshi and Krillin become lost en route to the party. They witness a bear in a speeding truck narrowly miss a boy playing with a toy car. A Traffic Agent Lady intervenes, warning the child about street safety and reprimanding the bear. She then guides Roshi and Krillin to Bulma's house. Goku encounters Suno on the freeway; she scolds his reckless crossing but assists him toward West City. Upon arrival, Goku saves Shinseki from being hit by a vehicle using his Power Pole. The Traffic Agent Lady teaches both Goku and the boy about stoplights. At the party, Goku consumes all the food, prompting the guests to chase him out of Capsule Corporation. The Traffic Lady blows her whistle, stopping the chase and reminding everyone to avoid running into the street.
