Vegeta battles Top while Caulifla helps Kale transform into Super Saiyan 2 to double-team Goku. Goku is knocked into Freeza’s fight with Catopesra, prompting Freeza to observe after Goku requests he not attack the Saiyan women. The three Saiyans resume combat. Goku attempts Instant Transmission unsuccessfully, then powers up to Super Saiyan God to overpower Caulifla and Kale. As he prepares a Kamehameha to destroy their stage, it is revealed Champa provided Potara earrings from Sixth Universe Supreme Kai Fuwa. Caulifla and Kale use the earrings to fuse into Kefla, a being of immense power who proceeds to attack Goku.
