Ep. 41: Shobu Challenges Hendrix in a Kaijudo Duel While Allies Seek the Phantom Machine Source
Potman rescues Shobu and Rekuta from lava, leading them to an underground tunnel toward the castle. Hendrix intercepts them, forcing a Kaijudo duel. Imelda pressures Shobu, who accepts despite Rekuta’s warnings. Hendrix uses Advance Duel Tactics to summon twelve creatures, overwhelming Shobu’s shields. Shobu counters using Shield Trigger X Cross Gear Inferno Scissors and Natural Snare with Metalchaos Dragon to win. Meanwhile, Dr. Root and Knight suffer exhaustion from the Phantom Machine during their duel against El Rio, Delicious, Bura, and Chappi. Yu, Bucketman, and Shizuka search for the machine's source. Shizuka repels insects, but Yu identifies a spy bot as the communication link. Bucketman captures it, and Knight destroys it, ending their duel. All parties now proceed to the castle to save Hakuoh.
