The Hestia and Takemikazuchi Familias attempt to infiltrate the Pleasure Quarter, whereas the Ishtar Familia prepares to initiate a ritual. Bell and Mikoto decide to risk everything to save Haruhime. Bell attacks the castle as a distraction and encounters Ishtar, who reveals her plan to stop Freya. She attempts to charm him but is stunned to discover his immunity, realizing his Realis Phrase ability. Meanwhile, the Freya Familia keeps watch outside the city. Mikoto faces off against Samira before the ritual begins, using her magic to eliminate many members at the cost of her own strength, causing her to fall from the castle. Bell rushes in and destroys the Killing Stone, preventing the execution of Haruhime.
