Ep. 2: Kasuka's casting show leads to a violent clash between Shizuo and Izaya in Ikebukuro.

Following a thwarted gang conflict, Kasuka hosts a contest to find a cute couple for his new film. Shinra reveals Kasuka is Shizuo's younger brother and mentions Izaya's twin sisters, Mairu Orihara and Kururi Orihara, are present. Mikado and Anri accidentally appear as candidates due to their relationship. A stalker threatens Kasuka, prompting Shizuo to intervene by throwing a billboard. Izaya admits to leaking Kasuka's location to settle scores with Shizuo, leading to a destructive battle that enrages gang members. Shizuo pursues Izaya but is hit by a van, yet continues fighting. The conflict sparks a riot, forcing Celty to absorb rioters into the streets. Kuzuhara thanks Celty but pursues her for previous damages. The narrative shifts to a flashback of a young boy arriving in the city by train and meeting Mikado, who recalls his own arrival in Ikebukuro and reunion with Masaomi.
