A stalker focuses on everyone connected to Ruri, pulling Masaomi into the chaos alongside Shizuo. During this turmoil, Masaomi encounters the Blue Squares. Upon learning that Anri is in peril and that Mikado is somehow involved, he sets out to uncover the truth. Meanwhile, the information broker has returned to Ikebukuro and is preparing to initiate a new scheme. This convergence of events places multiple characters in immediate danger as the stalker's campaign intensifies and new conspiracies emerge within the city.
