Ep. 12: Kuze survives surgery while Yu reunites with Yuko in Japan for a final sunrise

During Christmas, Kuze recovers from surgery and remains with Mizuki, while others celebrate with loved ones in Japan and Australia. Yu learns from Nagi that Hiro spoke with Yuko, prompting his return to Japan to meet her at a church. They spend the night together, first at the church and then on a school rooftop to watch the sunrise. After saying their goodbyes, Yuko vanishes, leaving behind a white feather. The narrative shifts to Australia, where Yu discusses the city of Otowa with Mizuki, revealing that he has found a new goal in life following these events.
