He enters the digital realm alongside Ygg's clones to identify the source of the attack while battling virtual foes. However, the cyber intrusion rapidly expands beyond Japan, infecting military installations worldwide. The compromised systems launch a barrage of intercontinental ballistic missiles aimed at total global destruction. Faced with the imminent annihilation of humanity, Akira is forced to make a critical choice driven by deep affection to prevent the catastrophe.
