Two New York detectives, Dee and Ryo, travel to England for a vacation. Dee is aware of his feelings for Ryo and hopes to make progress. Ryo is uncertain about his own emotions. Their trip is interrupted when a series of murders and disappearances occur near their hotel. All the victims are of Japanese heritage. Dee and Ryo become involved in the investigation. Ryo, who is half Japanese, realizes he may be the next target.
