Mitsuki organizes her final live concert, L.I.V.E, scheduled for the anniversary of her meeting with Takuto and Meroko, which coincides with the end of her life. She intends to proceed directly to Wakaoji's hospital for surgery before midnight. However, Takuto's powers weaken, preventing him from transforming Mitsuki into Fullmoon. Concerned by this inability to transform, Mitsuki seeks assistance from Izumi to resolve the situation and ensure her plans can proceed as intended.
