Ep. 52: Fullmoon Announces Leave as Shinigami Face Punishment and Mitsuki Undergoes Surgery

Fullmoon informs the audience of a temporary hiatus while Oshige reveals her impending death to Madoka. During the final performance of "LOVE CHRONICLE," Takuto and Meroko vanish, prompting the Death Master to declare they will be punished for their interference, resulting in Mitsuki's death. Meroko and Takuto plead for Mitsuki's survival, with Meroko offering to become a ghost. Moved by their resolve, the Death Master transforms Meroko into an angel and restores Takuto's humanity. Mitsuki nearly reverts to her original form, but Izumi assists in sustaining her final transformation. She undergoes surgery and retains her voice, dreaming of Eichi, Takuto, and Meroko, though she loses the ability to see shinigami. Later, angel Meroko guides Mitsuki to Takuto, who remembers her, leading to a touching reunion.
