Fine and Rein depart the Mysterious star alongside other princesses to attend Royal Wonder Academy. This prestigious institution educates princes and princesses from all planets, preparing them for their certification as future kings and queens. Upon arriving at the school, the group attempts to befriend everyone with the ambitious goal of making one million friends. Their social plans are interrupted by an attack from a horde of bats. During this incident, Fine and Rein touch the Soleil Bell, which transforms them into Universal Princesses.
