After Fine and Rein touched the Soleil Bell, they gained the power of the Universal Princesses. However, the Head Teacher confiscated their Bell Badges and the Angels despite the praise they received. They also discovered that school rules strictly forbid having friends. Although many students were caught up in this restriction, Fine and Rein attempted to organize a party to bring everyone together as friends.
