Ep. 2: Black Globe issues kill order for Neigi Seijin while Kei dons suit

The Black Globe interrupts a fight between Katou and Yakuza members by broadcasting a 1940s radio tune and ordering them to kill Neigi Seijin. The device opens to reveal weapons and suits; the men take the guns but ignore the suits, except for Kei, who wears one and is forced into the deadly game. Nishi provides GPS coordinates for the target, promising a reward for its death. While the group searches for the alien, Kei, Katou, and a girl attempt to find a way home. A politician’s head inexplicably explodes during his journey. The Yakuza, a schoolteacher, and a blond man locate Neigi Seijin, a weak young boy with an affinity for spring onions. They chase and kill him with their Gantz-issued guns, prompting an enraged appearance by the boy’s father.
