Ep. 10: Rizumu's ideal world emerges as chaos spreads through magnified opportunities

Rizumu’s vision of an ideal world begins to materialize as a minor opportunity expands, triggering rapid chaos. Gelsadra, central to these events, maintains a smile and believes he is merely fulfilling the desires of the people, even as terrible incidents unfold. In contrast, Tsubasa, who has distanced herself from both the Gatchaman and Gelsadra, returns to her hometown of Nagaoka. There, she prepares to confront Yuru-jii and face her own internal struggles. The narrative juxtaposes Gelsadra’s misguided benevolence with Tsubasa’s solitary journey of self-reflection and resolution in her native city.
