Society has largely embraced the Kuu-samas, who appear to be assisting Gelsadra in her goal to unite everyone. However, the Kuu-samas initiate a more aggressive phase to achieve this unification. The Gatchaman attempt to alert the public about the dangers posed by the Kuu-samas and their actions. They quickly realize that once this process begins, it cannot be easily halted. Consequently, the Gatchaman view both Gelsadra and the Kuu-samas as significant threats. This stance creates a conflict with the general public, who hold affection for both Gelsadra and the Kuu-samas, making the Gatchaman unpopular in the eyes of those they aim to protect.
