Ep. 1: Akari Taiyou faces a repeating nightmare and a burning fortune house

Akari Taiyou, an apprentice fortuneteller living with her aunt, uncle, and cousin Fuyuna Shinzaki, experiences a disturbing dream of fighting a plant monster. Upon waking, she discovers Fuyuna dead, only for the previous day to repeat with Fuyuna erased from existence and memory. Seeking answers, Akari visits her workplace, the fortunetelling house, which is engulfed in flames by a middle-aged man. This attacker transforms into a giant flaming monster and assaults Akari. She attempts to defend herself by transforming into a magical girl using the Sun Tarot, but is swiftly defeated and knocked unconscious. Three other magical girls intervene, slaying the creature and rescuing Akari from the burning building.
