EP 1Akari Taiyou faces a repeating nightmare and a burning fortune house
Jul 6, 2013Akari Taiyou, an apprentice fortuneteller living with her aunt, uncle, and cousin Fuyuna Shinzaki, experiences a disturbing dream of fighting a plant monster. Upon waking, she discovers Fuyuna dead, only for the previous day to repeat with Fuyuna erased from existence and memory. Seeking answers, Akari visits her workplace, the fortunetelling house, which is engulfed in flames by a middle-aged man. This attacker transforms into a giant flaming monster and assaults Akari. She attempts to defend herself by transforming into a magical girl using the Sun Tarot, but is swiftly defeated and knocked unconscious. Three other magical girls intervene, slaying the creature and rescuing Akari from the burning building.
EP 2Akari joins Sefiro Fiore and confronts the grim reality of Daemonia possession.
Jul 13, 2013Akari arrives at Sefiro Fiore, where headmaster Etia Visconti explains the Elemental Tarot’s role in fighting Daemonia, monsters that possess humans driven by negative emotions. She joins teammates Seira Hoshikawa, Luna Tsukuyomi, and Ginka Shirokane, who wield the Star, Moon, and Temperance cards respectively. During a mission to eliminate a Daemonia, Akari regains memories of Fuyuna, causing her to lose her transformation. Luna assists her retreat while Seira and Ginka complete the task. Etia clarifies that possessed individuals cannot be saved and their existence is erased upon death. Overcome with guilt, Akari flees the academy to apologize to her aunt, who has no memory of Fuyuna. She later witnesses a possessed man attacking a father and son, leaving her conflicted about whether to intervene.

Later, Akari and her companions stop the Daemonia from harming a kindergarten teacher and her students. The creature reveals it no longer wishes to kill and asks for death. Jul 27, 2013Resentful painter Kiyone encounters silver-haired fortuneteller Cerebrum, who provides a tarot card urging authenticity. Upon seeing her rival Yume Hashiyagama kiss her crush, Kiyone activates the Diablos Tarot card to summon Daemonia, causing a truck to kill Yume so Kiyone can win an art contest. Concurrently, Akari feels distress over Seira’s claim that only the weak become possessed by Daemonia, recalling her failure to assist Fuyuna. Empowered by the Daemonia, Kiyone murders others who despised her, prompting Akari and her allies to intervene. During the battle, Luna touches Akari and perceives the Daemonia’s resentful thoughts, but Seira destroys the entity before Akari can learn Kiyone’s true feelings. Later, while Akari reads Fuyuna’s journal, Luna expresses gratitude for her ability to hear the Daemonia.
EP 5Financial troubles lead Honda to use a Diablos Tarot card for revenge against loan sharks.
Aug 3, 2013Ginka’s father Yatarou, who supports Sefiro Fiore’s operations, invites the girls to a party where they learn of his friend Honda’s severe debt to loan sharks. Desperate, Honda receives a Diablos Tarot card from Cerebrum, appearing as a young girl, which he uses to kill his creditors. Cerebrum then directs Honda to assassinate Yatarou due to his Elemental Tarot user bloodline, triggering environmental hazards. Akari and others intervene to save Yatarou. Ginka discovers Honda is the Daemonia and uses Akari’s link to hear his regrets about his weak heart. Understanding that death is his only relief, Ginka destroys the Daemonia. As the sole person remembering Honda, she sympathizes with Akari’s worries regarding the tragedy.
EP 6Seira assists Priscilla and Meltina, befriends Minori and Hanae, then joins Akari to stop Daemonia Hanae.
Aug 10, 2013Seira supports Priscilla and Meltina against Daemonia, noting her group lacks teamwork. She befriends schoolgirls Minori and Hanae, but Minori suffers a heart attack after losing her phone in Seira’s bag. While hospitalized, Seira recalls her friend Manami’s death by Daemonia. Hanae, influenced by the Diablos Tarot card, kills a donor to enable Minori’s surgery. Seira asks to join Priscilla’s team but stays with Akari’s group. Upon discovering Hanae has become a Daemonia, Seira uses Akari’s strength to hear Hanae’s voice and asks her to care for Minori. Akari urges Seira to strengthen her resolve, leading her to kill Hanae. Seira gives Hanae’s hairpin to Minori, who undergoes surgery. Aug 17, 2013Etia and Ariel learn that the Lovers card wielder at the Sefiro Fiore Moscow branch has vanished. To avoid alarming the students, Etia gives them a day off. During their city tour, Akari and Seira grow closer, while Luna remains worried. The group reunites with Akari’s former mentors: Mama Nagasaki, Lymro, and Hanayume. The mentors allow the girls to stay overnight at their new residence. Mama Nagasaki performs a fortune-telling session, predicting a future marked by hardship and destruction. Despite this ominous outlook, the girls resolve to face any challenges together. They return to the academy, where Etia and Ariel await them to announce their next assignment.

Aug 24, 2013Etia explains that defeating a Daemonia holding a card matching a tarot user causes that user to vanish, urging the girls to flee if they meet their counterparts. Disagreements arise among the group, with Luna growing agitated as she perceives Seira as taking the opposing side. During a battle against another Daemonia, the girls encounter the Temperance counterpart, which reflects all damage taken back onto Ginka, forcing a retreat. Afterward, Ginka visits Yataro, who reassures her that she provides balance to her team. Choosing to face her counterpart alone, Ginka watches helplessly as the two opponents destroy each other and disappear into nothingness.

Her mood improves when she appears to encounter Akari, who offers comfort. However, this interaction proves to be a deception; the figure is actually Cerebrum in disguise. Cerebrum forces a Diablos card into Luna's body, triggering a transformation that turns her into a hybrid creature combining traits of a Daemonia and an Elemental Tarot user, effectively compromising her control and identity.
EP 10Akari faces Luna while Seira loses powers and Cerebrum orchestrates attacks on Sefiro Fiore
Sep 7, 2013Mutated Luna attacks Seira, leaving a butterfly mark, before Akari retreats to Sefiro Fiore with her. Akari assists Priscilla and Meltina in escaping their counterparts. Messengers Cerebrum and Schrödinger from the Leguzario organization inform Akari that she must fight Luna. Akari seeks Seira’s aid but discovers the bite has sealed Seira’s Tarot powers, leaving Akari as the sole fighter against the Daemonia. After days of continuous combat, Akari confronts Luna and barely escapes when Luna’s human will holds her back. Later, while visiting her mother’s grave, Akari meets a girl who lost her mother and narrowly avoids another Cerebrum trap. Meanwhile, rumors of a wolf in the mountains lead Cerebrum to incite a mob to attack Sefiro Fiore, forcing Akari and the others to retreat.
EP 11Akari learns her Daemonia heritage while Seira faces Luna and Cerebrum's ultimatum.
Sep 14, 2013Akari and companions shelter at Nagasaki's mansion, where Nagasaki recounts her past with Hinata and Akari to Etia. Simultaneously, Seira locates Luna with Cerebrum in an abandoned building. Cerebrum claims Luna wanted Seira to vanish due to jealousy over Akari, offering Seira her powers back if she kills Luna before she wakes in a few hours. The next morning, Etia defies Leguzario to reveal to Akari that her father was infected by Daemonia and that Akari is half Daemonia. Upon learning this, Akari confronts Cerebrum, who offers to save Luna and Seira if she joins him, while Seira must defend herself against the awakened Luna.
EP 12Akari enters the Clessidra to save Seira and Luna from Cerebrum's influence.
Sep 21, 2013To rescue Seira and Luna, Akari accepts Cerebrum's terms and is transported to the Sephirothic Tree. Cerebrum plans to use the Clessidra device to facilitate mating, promising to restore the girls to their normal states. Inside the Clessidra, Akari is forced to repeatedly relive the day Fuyuna died, enduring her persistent thoughts of hatred until she loses her identity. Meanwhile, Seira and Luna confront an army of tree Daemonia at the Sephirothic Tree. They manage to defeat the enemies with the help of a mysterious arrival by Ginka. Back in the Clessidra, Akari clings to her sanity, believing she caused Fuyuna to become a Daemonia.

Meanwhile, Ginka reveals she defeated her counterpart and escaped her trapped dimension with Akari's help. Inside the Clessidra, Akari hears Fuyuna’s true feelings, realizing she was loved but consumed by jealousy. Akari accepts her destiny and overcomes the darkness. When Cerebrum attacks, Etia and Ariel unlock their sealed powers to free Akari. After Cerebrum fails to corrupt them again, he transforms into his ultimate form. The tarot users unite to defeat him, allowing Akari to destroy Cerebrum. Later, as the group travels to an overseas Sefiro Fiore branch, Akari discovers a note from Fuyuna encouraging her to eventually save everyone from the Daemonia.
