Ep. 1: Albert discusses abdication while Kazuya handles Van redevelopment and Amidonia negotiations

Albert and Elisha converse about his decision to abdicate the throne during the evening. The following day, Kazuya, Liscia, and Aisha train at Van Castle before Kazuya learns that Hakuya and Ludwin wish to discuss Van's redevelopment and the transportation network status. He subsequently meets with Jeanne and Julius, where Julius demands the return of Van. Kazuya counters this by presenting evidence of the Principality of Amidonia's violations of the Mankind Declaration. After Julius departs, Kazuya and Jeanne agree to begin negotiations at an alternative location.
