Liscia visits Carla in the dungeon to discuss her feelings, but Carla rejects her intervention. Later, Castor and Carla stand trial before Kazuya and a council of noblemen. Noblemen Piltory Saracen and Owen Jabana defend the accused, while others demand execution. Kazuya’s Black Cats kill the dissenting nobles. Castor is sentenced to be handed over to Excel, banned from the former Duchy of Vargas, and forbidden from contacting his wife and son. Carla is sentenced to become the slave of Kazuya and Liscia. Kazuya asks Carla to kill him if he ever becomes a tyrant. Afterward, an exhausted Kazuya returns to his room, where Liscia and Aisha plan to cheer him up. Meanwhile, Roroa meets with Colbert and Sebastian.
