On the snow-covered planet Kilimanjaro, which orbits three shining suns, Tetsuro and his companions are taken prisoner by the Ghost Hoppers. This peculiar race is characterized by their paper-thin bodies and takes great pride in their advanced technology. Rather than treating the captives as prisoners of war, the Ghost Hoppers intend to utilize Tetsuro and the gang as subjects for a scientific experiment. The group finds themselves in a precarious situation as they are prepared to be studied as specimens by this technologically superior and proud alien species.
