In episode 229, Gintoki joins the My Wife World Tournament with the goal of curing Shinpachi’s addiction to the romance simulation game Love Choris. The competition features in-game dates with various heroines. Shinpachi, who is part of the Momo group, adopts a passive strategy to outmaneuver and dominate the other participants in the contest.
