Qiao An Xia declares her love for Lu Jin Nian after their reunion. Upon discovering he is the man her sister Qiao An Hao encountered, Qiao An Hao superficially withdraws. During a basketball game, Qiao An Hao attempts to run but collapses from stomach pain inside the school building. Lu Jin Nian notices her distress and assists her to the infirmary. Later, during summer vacation, Qiao An Hao joins the brothers at the beach. While gathering firewood for a barbecue, she sprains her leg, prompting Lu Jin Nian to carry her back. Upon returning to school, Qiao An Hao discovers that she and Lu Jin Nian will not be assigned to the same class.
